WEDDING PLANNING & STYLING

• Creative concept creation I take on the role of designer, creator and planner by bringing your vision to life through designing a concept unique to your chosen wedding style. Covering all elements including stationary, florals, signage, cake, tablescapes, lighting and custom installations

• Planning and Styling meeting/s and site visit

• Online access to our client portal where you can track our progress and see your wedding come to life

• Source all wedding suppliers involved such as florists, photographer and celebrant, styling elements for both the ceremony and reception

• Management of planning and styling budgets

• Sourcing of all quotes from multiple suppliers and finalising payment plans

• Exclusive supplier discounts

• Liaise with venue regarding styling requirements

• 10% discount on all hire inventory

• Final design brief, detailing every styling element for your wedding day

• Liaison with floral stylists and hire companies prior to the day to ensure every element corresponds with the floor plan

• On the day set up of styling elements for both the ceremony and reception

• Full coordination of the planning process to ensure every element of your wedding is covered, plus regular updates with your wedding planner

• An assistant may be required depending on guest numbers and complexity of the venue.
  Due to the logistics of a private property, this full planning package is required.

Consultation to discuss the vision and style you are wanting to achieve on your wedding day

• Creative concept creation

• Planning and Styling meeting/s and site visit

• Liaise with venue regarding styling requirements

• 10% discount on all hire inventory

• Sourcing of all styling quotes from multiple suppliers for both your ceremony and reception.

• Run sheet of all styling elements

• Final design brief, detailing every styling element for your wedding day

• On the day set up of styling elements for both the ceremony and reception

• Liaison with floral stylists and hire companies prior to the day to ensure every element corresponds with the floor plan

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

• Site Visit and Planning meeting 8 weeks out to discuss your vision and everything you have planned for your wedding day

• Wedding day agenda and timeline, completed and sent out to all suppliers involved 2 weeks out

• Detailed floor plan sent to suppliers

• 1 x On the Day Coordinator for 8 hours *Additional hours can be added.

• We act as the liaison between the venue and you on the day in case any issues arise.

• Logistical overview of all vendors, coordinating with floral stylists and hire companies on the day to ensure every element corresponds with the floor plan

• Coordination of all vendors, suppliers, and guests on the day to make sure timings are adhered to and bring what you have planned to life.

• If you require styling set up and pack down assistance, we can add this for an additional fee.
